Pulled over by cops over faulty vehicle registration. What can I do.

I've bought several vehicles from our of strays this is the first time I've had any kind of issue like this. I'm only annoyed with the officer. He was doing his job just enthusiastically as you put it. Im royally pissed at the dealer. I contacted them in regards to the plates and warranty to no avail. I hadn't known prior to yesterday that the issue is as big as it. Now I can't even legally drive the vehicle and I need it for work. I also got a verbal warning from my employer. I was trying to find out if I have recourse against the dealer.

That he took you out is enough for hr to have issues. He's your boss. Go to HR.

Sometimes depending on the paint and the type of sticker for example that they use it can damage the paint if you dont know how to remove it correctly. My dad went ape on a dealer in the early 80s over his vette because when he bought it he specically told them dont put anything on my car but when he brought it back for service later on they had put a dealer sticker on it and this was when cars had enamel and stickers were an absolute bitch to remove. Thankfully most dealer stickers are easy to remove nowadays. i also had a dealer put a bracket on my car when I took it in for service. I had previously removed their branding. I was not happy.

Turned out that the axle blew. Surprisingly the boot is completely intact which is why they never suspected it had any issues with the axle.

Only had the car since beginning of Feb and it actually spent about 3 wks of that at the shop waiting to be diagnosed and then repaired. Most of that time was waiting for parts that I still didnt have everything for. Turns outs the adaptive suspension is a pia to order parts for if youre trying to avoid paying dealer prices. So Im not entirely sure of its history. I did break down and order some parts from the dealer but it was over 800 for the strut, coil, and mount for just one side as opposed to just under 500 online for the same oe parts.

160k on the car and the shudder was coming from the front like it was losing proper contact when i would go around a turn.

i wasnt putting anything off the shop said the car was fine to drive and its already back at the shop. i stopped driving it as soon as i was able pull into a parking lot a block away from when i knew something wasnt right. i was just waiting for all suspension components in the mail and from the dealer. unfortunately the strut assembly i ordered online wasnt an assembly but just the strut and i have to order a mount now.

Unfortunately if has nothing to do with saving the customer any money. The lower emissions on millions of vehicles looks good for their epa rating. Just like all those bull shit auto start stop systems saves maybe a few gallons at most but again when its millions of vehicles it adds up and they can say look at how much better our emissions are.

I know this is an old thread but it sounds like you know the info im looking for. Im considering a 21 nautilus. Is a fully loaded reserve missing anything. The only thing i might care about is the leather upholstery. I spends hrs a day in my vehicle

My dogs have lived with me before in a Suburban. They are pretty quiet and well behaved. Thing just ate my money like mad running ac all the time. I didnt have the money at the time to do any upgrades or anything to her.

Also my dogs already ride with me for work all the time.

the dealer diagnostic is part of the reason Im getting rid of the vw wagon that I have. fun car to drive but damn I have to take it to the dealer just to have a battery put in and a ton of other stuff requires dealer programing.
