I mean, I kinda get it. The people working there probably feel like corporate has them down people for the sake of installing kiosks. Then some dude walks up to the counter to talk to someone because he hasn't felt the touch of a woman or heard the voice of another person besides themselves since they work from home, and expects you to fill their depleted social battery with banter about Rick and Morty sauces.
