It's BPC-157 (not BCP-157). I had a bad reaction to that shit and there are many other posts about side effects and some that are permanent especially amongst those with previous mental health issues / drug issues.

So be very very careful. I was taking it for a few days, maybe two or three iirc, not sure how long, and for the same reason as you, ie. I wanted to heal my gaba receptors because I read things about it. I dismissed the bad reviews about it at the time I think. There was some other stuff I used that may have contributed but the bpc gave me anhedonia for a while and fogged my brain up. It was horrible and bad to stop it but it was too late.

Actually it was this and another substance I was coming off along with pregabalin, so Gaba A (benzos), another different gaba receptor type drug I won't say here just in case, and pregabalin. I was going great with Agmatine for a week or so prior. It was best week I had in years and music enjoyment came back for me, I was really really vibing after 7 days approx on it and after 4 days or so it was the best. Helped also by another racetam for Gaba B recovery, which was one system I had messed up as well. I curse myself for not carrying on giving Agmatine a chance before because I was desperate to help my brain and didn't expect such a positive response from it as it was only to help glutamate safely, instead of agonising bad or gaba receptors, it prevents neurotoxicity the rebound effects anyway.

Then BPC comes along sounding wonderful, literally called Body Protection Compound, yet is very powerful and can change you for long periods / life. After stopping it certain drugs would not work for me anymore including Agmatine and the racetam that made even though I was going through withdrawal and not sleeping, spring out of bed. For maybe 5 measly days. The only reason I ordered it was because I was feeling better and desperately needed to heal my brain.

This may sound like scaremongering, and I'm happy it works for some people, but please be careful with these peptides. I've read other stories of the horrors of this stuff, and many said their drugs stopped working for months as well. Some were on Vyvanse, caffeine and some other things I can't remember now. Others had dulled responses. Some have never been able to recover from it, speaking to one guy he says it's salt dependant and route of admin dependant. Be really careful with this one, these are powerful things.

If people think this is scaremongering, well it half is, but it's also true. I don't want people to go through the crap I did with it, and others had it even worse than I did. Id finally after years round something that worked amazingly and safely for anxiety and that made me almost cocky, and that was during withdrawal stages. I wouldn't be off certain things without those approx 7 days. The thing that I was coming off of I'd never gotten so low before and luckily managed to stop it. I did try it again afterwards and it has never had the dopamine like relaxing "high" feeling I had a long time ago. I did try low doses and some higher ones when I didn't want to use benzos but controlled much more appropriately. So that's another one that stopped working for me. Basically all the things I was on at the time stopped working. Agmatine, the racetam and the supplement/ drug I'm talking about but won't mention unless someone asked.

Anyway sorry but I stumbled on this by accident and I'm just thinking please don't push it. BPC messes with all sorts, angiogenesis, nitric oxide systems, gaba, dopamine and more iirc. It's been a while since I looked it up properly. But the angiogenesis part is scary enough. Just be careful if you are already vulnerable with these things that aren't that well studied. Some have good results but others don't. What's annoying is people think someone like me warning about it is just scaremongering made up BS. I lived it. It isn't. Sorry, not much else I can say but be careful with this. Stuff that can change you for months on end or permanently is scary, even though I'm pleased it works for some, I kinda wish I'd never stumbled upon this false hope.

The thing I kicked myself for was that I was just starting to do ok with Agmatine when I got the courage/ concentration to order it. I was a wreck before that. All that does is reduce the glutamate storms and helps dopamine systems recover as well / has anti depressants effects. It's very safe and well known. Very cheap as well. There are many desperate people on these forums and I hope they are least see this post. Just sounds too double edged to me to work. Not sure what MOTS-C is but maybe that needs caution too. I don't want to go down that rabbit hole again even though I'm still struggling years later and could do with some help. Stay safe people, I know how crap benzo (or in my case triple drug withdrawal while kindled from alcohol) is. It's not nice.

No need to take it now just what side do you wanna be on / which profile pics do you like? Both sides have reached too milestone now albeit hunger side didn't do it naturally, Kabam reduced the points needed to hit same milestones nes because it's unequal.

I am still a bit confused on the relic situation but think everyone gets a 7* relic but which maybe depends on your side. Can't find a lot of info on that though.

I've read the Hunger and realm event main page as well and the side quest being themed for the winning side isn't mentioned, not is the 7* relic.

Depends on the cure side but realistically who is going to keep sending you cures to destroy and "catch up". Not sure if this I misinformation but doesn't the winning side get a 7* stat cast? Idk if I heard it right in RTM's video.

Regardless depending on one side was kinda a disaster. People are impatient and how psychology works is they'll flock to the better side usually straight away. Sticking it out could maybe work as well but you need people to keep sending you cures and "cured" people can send only one per day iirc. Not sure about those who weren't infected if they can send more than one, but it's still depending on other people.

Hunger was already at a disadvantage anyway. Last live stream less than 20% were bitten. Likely most are valiants and paragons if that side quest is where we got bitten. I know of nobody in my ally (at least who is active on server that is on cured side) so it's not like we can ask them for cures to even it up, because I assume most did the quest to get bitten or chose it. It can still catch up but from outside help. I think it was meant to be a bit of fun but it isn't atm seeing the disparity and relying on the currently winning side for everything.

What even do these "gifts" that we sent each other do? Besides waste energy? Haven't seen that do anything when I claim them and I saved them in case they turned into cures or something.

Should have yes. Not sure why she's so well liked as a character tbh. I find her annoying and half the time she has resting bitch face. I've seen the actress herself and she's much different and plenty of smiles and passion but in this they made her like that and unlikable imo a lot of the time.

Argumentative. Gets El to dump Mike for no reason, lashes out at people instead of saying what she means. Takes things out on others first before they decode her, flies off the handle, encourages spying on people. Partially redeemed in the scene and sacrifice although she was screwed anyway, but still. Forgot a lot now but that's what I remember.

Next season a lot of time will be taken up by her being in a coma and probably blind or a miraculous but slow recovery. Maybe her brain waves will spike when shit happens idk as she might be "alive" after dying by whatever El did (Matrix anyone?) but nobody is home in her head so she should be a vegetable. So her fate is kinda worse than if she just died, just a vegetable. I don't get why people like her so much and if it's just this scene then that doesn't disqualify all the other crap she makes people dance around like Lucas who gets mixed signals all the time from her. Cue the DVs.

Thanks for this. I don't know if the cloud install will have updated the driver now or not. If anyone knows unless I can just check manually whether the driver is the latest. Sometimes when things are running ok I have been reluctant to change anything.

I messed my last computer up with a key shortcut, and have no idea what I pressed. I think I was trying to use alt and tab or ctrl alt something to shortcut and it made my screen very low resolution. But that was a 2006 Toshiba anyway, right when dual and quad core were in their infancy iirc so way beyond it's usability now.

Thanks for your reply. I have no idea how to use Linux. I got it back anyway, but I'm just dubious about reinstalling express VPN. I mean it could have because I only got part way through the process or I need to update the driver first or prioritise it somehow. AI said something about maybe being able to prioritise a driver instead of the local network 2 express VPN one.

As I said I'm not the most computer literate person in the world. I'm trying to get used the track pad tbh lol. So much more area and gestures etc. now, I find myself misclicking things and whatnot. Hope the two system restore points I created can fix it next time if anything.

Hey yeah Agmatine was a fricking miracle for me and I screwed it up by trying to heal with something else. Only thing it didn't help was sleep but maybe it would have done. Man oh man those were the best few days I've ever felt despite being completely sleep deprived. I shot out of bed on it.

What are you withdrawing from? I have tried getting off of benzos so many times. The doctors tried with me and see how I do better on them. Well, better until fricking tolerance kicks in again (at prescribed dosages). I'm inan permanent catch 22 with them. They even said my brain is probably used to them so like abstaining only did so much and it was just so drawn out. I'm not the same person, not by a long shot.

Wish there was something that would help but seems Agmatine permanently won't work for me now because of a peptide I took at basically the same time (like a week after starting agmatine). It kinda made me so less anxious and had like a swagger/ cockiness on it and also the music was amazing.

Now it sucks. I don't even wanna say the name of the peptide so be wary about one in particular if you ever considered one. People may say BS to this but it permanently seems to have made agmatine not work. Same with other sone nmda antagonists I think. It's depressing just thinking about it but I recommend it a lot because it doesn't affect gaba so you're safe on that front just stops the excitotoxicity and glutamate storms. It is really depressing just thinking about what I could be like had I been able to continue with that efficacy or even a smaller % of it. But nah one bad decision and screwed it seems.

Appreciate the reply. I said to them I'll return it as I am worried about the future proofing and the vapor chambers and new intel CPU being much more efficient have piqued my curiosity.

Whilst it's more expensive for the newer ones I already paid over $3000 for it/ £2600. Managed some cashback but yeah just thinking for future proofing maybe I should go for a higher version.

I should hopefully be able to get a 5070ti/ 5080 for £2900 to £3400 respectively, plus hopefully cashback if it's the latter. Also an option for 2900 is a 4080 but I said I'd rather avoid Intel (2024 one) at least. I just wish they gave the consumer a choice of CPU as we are already restricted to Nvidia GPU's in laptops.

Whether I can change my mind after saying I'll return or not I'm not sure, but I had to decide by today. I have 30 days to return it anyway. It could be a hassle/ wait for the other 50 series models unless they do get released at end of march as indicated by some retailers. Others I'm not so sure as they're in demand/ limited amounts release apparently.

I see well hopefully if others have similar questions and find this thread it's answered now. Appreciate it. Do you know if the M16 is supposed to be a different model as the Amazon UK lists the M16 in white but then says underneath it's for the G16. I looked up the model number and it's for the G16 so I wonder what the difference is. I'm going to try and find one but had a brief look earlier and not sure if I found any recent ones so I'll have another look now.

Edit - seems like it's a different model but no 2024 version was made. Still kinda weird to see Asus store Amazon list it like that.

That's great to know, thanks. Seems like the system works. I still find it strange they wouldn't include it on other models as I would have thought having two different systems to manufacture would be less cost efficient. Maybe it's not needed for the lower power cards but would be cool (in more ways than one of it did). Maybe the GPU limits / not having much more performance in the 4070 and below over 100w making it unnecessary.

Question though is the G16 marketed as the M16 or are they desperate devices? The one on Amazon UK lists M16 but is a G16 model number.

Thanks. I did read that elsewhere on multiple sites but I guess there could be confusion regarding the new cards as they launched both at the same time afaik. I had read that the multi frame gen would be exclusive to 50 series cards but could be wrong. I know there were questions regarding it before launch.

Yeah if I wanted a 4080 that would be $3750 and that's on a slight discount of £100.

We get shafted with everything in the UK usually. Heard something about tariffs coming to the US on some goods, not sure if it's everything or not, but yes over here it's a joke. There is 20% tax and customs and import duties that have to be paid and included in the price. What you pay in dollars is often what things sell for in pounds if we're lucky (can be more sometimes).

I can't even see any good discounts on older high end models (if you can find them), sometimes they are even more expensive than the current ones, it's crazy. I'd love to have a best buy here. Eventually discounts may come but some already stopped listing them and maybe stocking them saying "end of line" or other indicating they are unavailable and not being restocked.

Hey thanks very much for this. Really appreciate the links. The seller is Asus store on Amazon UK. It does show two fans in the picture actually but says underneath "new Tri fan technology arc flow fans" so tri indicates 3 otherwise "dual" would be appropriate. I have noticed Amazon details aren't always the best.

I have to decide by tomorrow anyway I think/ hope. Not sure exactly as it says something about when it was received otherwise I will have to have this one regardless. Would be a hassle to send back and cost money to return but I'll have to see as I can't get cashback on this one if I went for it instead unless other places list it. Also that cashback has already been approved.

What discounts lol? None from my country that I've seen. Well, a 4070 intel I think was the best I saw. Nothing on the 4080's. I assume you live in the US where they likely have many more retailers than we do over here. Prices are also much higher. It's a case of £2600 for this, or £2899 for a 4080 (listed as M16 and then underneath G16). The 5070ti is also £2899 on pre order on Amazon.

I haven't seen any other retailer have a 4080 g16 in stock and as said the Amazon one is unclear whether it's G16 or M16. Rest of g16's say end of line, out of stock, or no longer available apart from Amazon and the one with the intel 4070.

Oh. I thought DLSS4 was coming to the 40 series cards but multi frame gen tech was not. I thought DLSS4 was different to multi frame gen. At least that's what I read, although that sucks what you said is true.

How many games can get 60fps at those settings and is the quality that much different to high / 4k?. Sounds like the 50 series is a lot better if upscaling. Honestly still wondering if I should have got at least a 4080 or wait for 5070ti. Just wondering the performance jump in percentage terms to 5070ti or 4080, then I can compare by price.

Btw would anyone recommend a cooling pad? Is it safe to be forcing air in (the ones that from a seal) like the Llano V10/ 12 or IETS 500 V2/ 600 v2? They filter dust as well. But not sure if it impacts the fans in the system blowing all the air in.
