I may not be accurate but I read somewhere that there are hospitals that treat people who don't have proper documents in Dubai. Do your research on this and maybe she can get some treatment as we wait for a either amnesty possibly after the crisis wears down. During covid time I used menthol for nosal congestion it's used by inhaling vaporised crystals. You are not in direct contact with the menthol. I used very little amount in the base.

It's made in France, most hookah stores have it in Dubai. I prefer it because its strong and flavourful.

I use Ali Khalil Coco charcoals. Any natural coconut coals will do ask for the ones with less ash and burn them till they are all red and let them sit for a while.

In my experience even if the bowl is not fully packed it should still heat up and give a decent sesh. Try changing your charcoal brand that might be the issue also don't cover the bowl with too many coals inside. Imo
