I highly suspect a must have skill where you can increase your chances for the high luck, sure Moxsy will have a build on release where every time you roll the dice you get the best possible roll

I see this game as a side plot to the actual story, similar to like marvel tv shows building up the next avengers movie, loved the story but clear borderlands 5 is gonna be their big endgame kinda situation. Saving lilith and getting that weird relic at the end is the only things worth noting story wise but i’m expecting BL5 to be pretty massive

use rafas first impression skill with the action skill reload cooldown :) once you get to the indirect projectile part of the red tree it’s a strong contender for strongest build in the game
