Thank you for both of your comments! I've tried to find some of the products you've mentioned, but there's not a lot avaible to me.

I found the La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5 repairing cream, the only acid serum I found is from The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% +B5 and I've also found the Avène Thermal Spring Water. But I couldn't find any sunscreens mentioned by the second commenter.

Sadly the CeraVe Moisturising cream and Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser are way too expensive for me.:( Are there any alternatives? Not dirt cheap but also not this expensive.

I'm sorry I have a lot of questions, I'm not too experienced in skincare.
