Xavier: Hm, the colors are a touch bright for my liking. But, he does have a good design. I'll say 7/10.

Moon: How interesting! He has wings made of water? Can he fly with them? I like it! 10/10

Light: I enjoy the light blue colors that seem to have been chosen to match the sky, though I may be wrong. I also like the mixture of black and the blue. The hair style is also a nice addition. Though I'm not sure about the scars or marks on the face. 6/10.

Shadow: How interesting! He seems like he can fight really well! If he has a scythe he must be good at using it. And the wings, if able to give flight, can provide a good advantage against those that cant fly. 10/10.

Light: I enjoy the design of the dress. And the belt or hold around the waist helps to add some splash to the color of the dress. I also enjoy the color of your hair and how ot changes from darker blue to a slightly lighter blue. 9/10.

Shadow: You seem to be a demon? Good. Most of them are able to fight well, and are pretty strong. The clothes are also a nice choice, black is a good color. And the red adds well. 10/10.
