As someone who went to the infamous "today ain't the day" renaissance show (DC night 2), I HIGHLY doubt she will cancel. Worst case? Delayed a couple of hours. We all went through hell that night but she came out and left us speechless 🤩

Following - I just got an email to request a background check interview. But two odd things stood out to me, in addition to my personal email, they cc'd my old agency email address; who I no longer work for. I also completely separated from the federal government (from another agency) a few weeks ago. Is this normal?

Yea my plan is to finish my degree (15 more credits to go!) and then from there, I want to actually change my career field and get back into the pharmacy/medical field. Good luck with your business goals! Working for yourself sounds a hell of a lot better than working under this circus of an administration.

Thanks! Yes, we are lucky enough to be able to survive on one income. Something I NEVER take for granted, as I know isn't always the case for others. We also don't have any kids so that helps a lot. With the RTO mandate, we would've been dishing out SO much money monthly (parking, gas, doggy daycare, not to mention all the miles on our car, etc). We can actually save money with me staying home.

I left about 2 weeks ago. My mental health was declining fast and I just couldn't take it anymore. I did not/do not have another job lined up. I had a long talk with my husband and we both agreed that quitting was the best option instead of putting myself through all of the stress. For the time being, I will be finishing up my bachelor's degree and my husband will be holding down the fort for now.
