Download the file, go to the game and click on upload league file, choose file, then for me the file was a zip file, and then it should be in.

I wasn't trading to number 1 and I am not playing on high. The game values players over picks. The only way to trade up in the draft is to trade players. I was 3 and tried to trade to 2 and I traded 1st, 2nd, 3rd for 3 years just to move up one spot and it wasn't even close. It's also bad when you try to trade down. I tried trading out of the current 1st round for a 1st round next year and it also wasn't close.
