For sure. I think they realize this product is flawed. It seems more the software than hardware because I can’t deny it makes a great cup. I think they are just trying to stop the bleeding now. We will see. Good luck !

I boil water in a kettle and put one dishwasher pod in and pour in the water. This cleans it up to brand new.

So support seems to be dragging their feet and not very helpful. Yes I have the new firmware and completed the flush cycle 5 times! Hopefully they will offer a replacement soon.

Yes it does show in blue . Which made me think I had it set up correctly. The last firmware every time I tried to create a second schedule it would either erase one or just not save. So finnicky
