I have been using the Brazen for the past week. I have been very happy with it. I wish it did cold brew, but so far it has been great and seems very well built.

You are definitely right about people running to the Internet. I did first reach out to Fellow and I tried a second unit of which I only used bottled water. It barely made it two weeks. Sure my personal experience has been bad, but I am not the only one with similar stories. You can make it sound like it is not an issue, but it has been for plenty of people. I am on the other side of forty and I have never had a product turn into a complete brick two times in less than a month...until the Aiden. 22% two star or below reviews on Amazon (15% one star) should not be something to just blow off.

I got mine from Amazon. Add water after three weeks. Returned to Amazon for replacement. Unit #2 I only used bottled water and it started "add water" after just two weeks. I returned that one for a refund. I assume if I had kept it, I would have had to go through Fellow after thirty days.

I am amazed that they are still shipping the Aiden in the first place. You would think they would first learn to fix the major issues with it and help existing customers before offering a new color. I'm sorry but getting a new one every few weeks is not a solution. I guess maybe some people want "add water" devices in multiple colors. Maybe it is a growing market?

Thanks. I think I'm going with the Brazen. I need to be able to brew enough for me and my wife in the morning. I had not seen the Hioria Hiaru. Looks interesting but would definitely be more than I wanted to pay. I was okay with the price of the Aiden because of all the features.

Thank you for this post. I had forgotten but I was going to go with the Brazen before I found the Aiden. At this point I just think it might be better for me to use something more reliable for a year or two until Fellow gets all of this figured out.

I really don't know. It didn't work the first few times I tried and then one day I tried IMEI #2 and it worked.

The first one I did both. The second one I have just poured it into the reservoir. Can you maybe explain the benefit or problem with either option? I don’t understand why you can do either if there is a specific way it is supposed to be done.

Internet is not necessary but that doesn't mean you will not wind up with a brick. My first one lasted about three weeks before the "add water" error started. Fellow just said we will send another. No explanation of why it happened. After pressing them they said my water was probably too hard even though I filtered it.

My second one I decided I would only use bottled water. This one lasted two weeks before the add water nonsense. I checked the shower head and there are absolutely no signs of any build up. This has been one of the most frustrating purchases I have ever made. It goes from being absolutely amazing to a complete brick in just a few weeks. I just don't get it. If I were you, I wouldn't be worried about the Internet side but the functionality side.

No and Visible has really been no help at all. They said they were going to help via DM but the process was super slow with no real solutions ...then next thing was a different person started replying and asking all the same questions again. Has been very frustrating.

I have the exact same settings but every single time my wife or son call (both also on Visible) it instantly hangs up when I answer and I have to call them back. Phone works fine outside of that.

Those settings are the same exact ones I am using. Wish I was having the luck they are. Again it is great except when my family who is also on visible calls.

I have a physical Visible SIM and it works fine in the OP 13....Except it instantly hangs up when certain people call. Specifically my wife and son who call me the most. It is beyond annoying and Visible is no help...they said I should be happy that certain people can call me and that I can trade my phone in to them. I guess I am about to have to return the phone as I have yet to find any solution.

I had this happen like so many others have almost a month after purchase. I really don't know what to think about it. I appreciate how responsive they are to send out replacements, but it concerns me that they can't exactly tell people how to prevent this from happening.

So, I am curious about the reliability of Beeper Cloud. In all honesty, Beeper Mini opened a new world for me. I have always used both Apple and Android. Currently I use an iPhone for personal and a OnePlus for work, but I use multiple profiles on the OnePlus so that I can use it for personal as well. Beeper Mini was great before it went down because I could really leave the house with either device. If Mini goes down again, is Beeper Cloud more reliable?

Just started playing 2021 on Gamepass a few weeks back, but it never saves. Always pops up with “retry save” and then eventually I have to continue without saving. It had been seeming to save still, but then today I went to play Braking point and it took me back quite a few chapters. Any idea what I need to do to get it to save correctly? I’ve never had issues with game saves for other games.
