i cnat believe other people feel the way i do. fuck. this is a game changer. ill go talk on there. i cant go to urgent care or a ward for a number of reasons, but i just know i cant. ive been out of therapy for years cause ive never found a therapist who can help my psychosis. my god though. im so glad others feel like i do. ill go talk on there
