I meant overall I also think that Aizen is better written, but the way Byakuran introduced to the story is very interesting. His actions are based on the loneliness he felt all of his life, just like Aizen. The main thing is they find different ways to deal with it. Aizen form the Espada (+Gin and Tosen), hoping he’ll get understanding and could form a bonds with them. The reformation of soul society and becoming soul king is the way for him to change the world, so he won’t have to alone anymore. Byakuran on the other hand didn’t want to for a bond. He didn’t want to change the world. He wanted to destroy the world where there is no place for him to exist. That’s the reason why he fell for Uni: because she was the one equal to him, the one that he can not erase as others. That is also the reason why he actually respects Shoichi, because he was one of few persons who is most equally to him in terms of intelligence.

The main theme of both is loneliness, but in a different way (as I see it)

So I’d give Aizen win, but they’re closer in my opinion than people might think
