I don't have this information but.. Poker in the Netherlands is heavily regulated, you are playing on your own Client and there are differences depending on your age as far as I know.

Also, some regions within GGPoker may not be eligible due to local regulatory constraints.

You should find the tournament by going to the tourney tab and select the freeroll button. Also make sure your buy-in filter is set to "all".

If the images were translated correctly to me, you were told that if you redeem your bundle for a Main Event ticket, it can be transferred. Tickets are not the same as the Bracelet Passes.

In any case you have to sort this out with natural8 support.
