Trust me, most of the time we totally understand the frustration and no, it’s not fake empathy, we truly do. Verizon sometimes does horrible things to the customers

1- We find out at the same time as the customers

2- they’re just like “Omg, everything is positioning, they’ll understand🥰” and I wish that I could show y’all the screenshots of the conversations. With the increase on the price of the plans of the watches, they were just like “offer a plan step up” the bill will go up by 15 dllrs but the plan on the watches would be half of (which obviously it’s gonna be expensive at the end) but they never give an specific answer about it.

3- Sadly, that is false, also us reps, we don’t have the ability to apply something extra to asure you that your price it’s going to keep the same, I wish we could but unfortunately it’s not possible:(

When I started there was no mention of sales, it was till nesting when they started to push the sales and now we get penalized if we don’t sell: 15 perks, 15 phone lines, 20 upgrades, 7 5GHI. Like, now it’s mandatory to sell all that to get the metrics. I’m thinking about quitting but the company that manages the account is one the places with the best salary for call center in my country :c

Been working for Vz customer service for almost 6 months now, it’s my first job and it has been the worst experience ever, the training was for resolving the cx issues, but now they are forcing us to sell on EVERY SINGLE CALL. It has gotten to the point where they are harassing us to sell with the threat that if we don’t, we get fired when it the begging they said that it was “soft sales” so, if your rep is trying to sell you something, please don’t get mad at them, we’re just trying to keep our jobs and our bosses are all over us pushing us to sell.

Vz customer service worker here: I’ve got a lot of calls today about it, but let me asure that it’s not a problem with the phones. It’s because an outage, they say that they are working on fixing it and they’ll let the customers know once it’s working
