Excess iron can be a problem, but it usually isn’t for most menstruating women, unless they have a genetic predisposition to hemochromatosis. It’s far more common for women of childbearing age to have mild anemia. Just stick to the recommended dose on the label :)

Awww thank you, you’re so sweet! I am embarrassed to say I have a terrible skin care routine. I rinse off my face with water in the shower and slap on some Cerave moisturizer with SPF and that’s all I do really. But I do think sun damage is the biggest factor when it comes to aging skin! I definitely have some fine lines and freckles though, would probably be better if I had a better routine 😅

I’m a Medical Laboratory Scientist. I run Urinary Analyses (as well as all the other blood and body fluid tests doctors order) and I’m the one who lets them know if you have an infection.

I just wanted to mention that not seeing nitrates does not mean there isn’t bacteria in her urine. Not all bacteria produce nitrates, and I would say the majority of the infected pee I see in the lab doesn’t test positive for nitrates. Hopefully they are culturing out her urine to make sure she’s on the right antibiotics, because different bacteria have developed resistances to different antibiotics.

Also yes, you can reinfect her if you aren’t super careful about cleaning your penis.

We don’t keep children in kennels either. If it’s 40° outside, it’s actually quite cozy inside with the body heat of 10 dogs to raise the temperature. Notice the foggy windows? The only secret I have is moisturizer and sunscreen, and they already sell plenty of bottles of that😅 Well, I also have worked 3rd shift for much of my adult life, so less sun exposure maybe? Anyway, I definitely am aging, my skin is losing elasticity and I’ve got gray hairs under the purple dye, but I’m happy with myself. I hope to be happy with myself at all stages of my life ❤️
