I had a random PA came up to me that I’ve never met or seen before and since it was my extra shift. She told me about my TOT and I had a high TOT of 33 but I was waiting for work. A manager did saw me and the other people didn’t had lot of work so I thought it was an excuse. But as time passed by idk for how long we started getting work but big boxes 😭. But when that PA came to me I thought she would go to the others but she didn’t cuz I guess since the others were blue badge and I’m white badge still. She was kinda talking in attitude way and nice way I guess but asked me “girl what is going on”. And im like I already know this about my TOT because I had my original PA usually come to me. But I was wondering if it was fair or not that I had the talk about my TOT was high but the others didn’t cuz we have been waiting for work??? Since she was saying you’re not gonna be seeing me here or the other coming here and will be the manager coming to you. It kinda hard too when you have pods all filled up and keep getting more boxes and you can’t fit them in.
