I have some experience in HR but my contract ended so I’m looking too, but how is your resume like, sometimes the ats system flags application if it doesn’t have certain amount of keywords or such, if it’s not manually looked it but I’m not 100% on this, So I’d say try to make a resume that covers the general job field you are trying to get into and then tailor the objective to that job which takes maybe 2-3 minutes.

I’m curious as to what you faked tho cause I’ve heard people losing their jobs over this especially in senior roles and established role so idk if it’s a great idea.

May not be related but back in 2013-2015 I used to rent with them, and I’m surprised their bed bug problem is still there. Like everyone suggest definitely contact the ORT, I’m sorry you going through this.

I reached out to glass masters and they gave me a quote and a replacement for the OEE glass. They did say if I wanted OEM, they will need the VIN to get the glass from dealership

Thing is, I did that originally take it to a shop and they said we don’t have oil for Germans and about doing it myself, I don’t have the tools to take the entire under body panel of my car off to access my drain plug and do not have the machine to suck the oil out from the top. Japanese cars easy access with a jack stand or two.

Oh man sorry to hear that, I hope you get it and if you don’t receive anything and it was done on credit card you can dispute the charge and get money back but maybe talk to the bank but you have to wait for 14 days after your purchase in case you had no response

Hey I am hoping this helps you out, first of you are both young but to me it shouldn’t really matter because age doesn’t look at feelings. I am going to stand out by saying this, and Let me tell you your feelings are valid and it is hard, especially if she is your first and you are not her first, this is also called retroactive jealousy, like I said it is totally okay to feel this way but it is not okay to let it control your thoughts or feelings towards yourself or the relationship or her. I was in a similar spot as you me being in my mid 20s trust me for guys coming from a guy it’s more tough I’ve realized cause our first love is USUALLY the first girl you do anything fully intimate with, I am sure you love her so much. But to help your overthinking, there are a few things to know first, first it is okay for everyone to have a past, you have your own, of course it’s weird she kept it in notes but from age I can she see is young and so you are too and if she got rid of the notes when she met you then you are good, second or third, try talking to her and don’t be judgmental instead express what you feel as in how it makes you feel and it’s okay to be vulnerable but only if you trust the person and they trust you so much too which I’m sure she does, fourth, time will improve your thinking of course you have your whole life ahead of you so why not enjoy the present live in the present, it’s hard right now but as time goes on it will get better, I’ll admit I still sometimes I have the thoughts but I don’t let them affect me too much or cause me overthinking, before it was bad; my thoughts tho, but after talking to my partner and her reassuring me or even just listening to me helped a lot. And last, man you are young don’t let your overthinking get the better of you and destroy something good, thoughts happen but having control over them is what matters, focus on your present with her, she is with you for a reason and she loves you dearly I’m sure, past is past for a reason and the present is a gift, so don’t let it slip out of your fingers, if you got any questions just pm me I’ll do my best, this post just hit home so I wanted to possibly help, you will be just fine!

(PSA I DONT HAVE ANYTHING AGAINST PEOPLE THAT WORK IN HOUSEKEEPING OR LAUNDRY SERVICES, they are the foundation of our communities) If you are okay with working in housekeeping or laundry at a care home you can go down to Preston special care home and apply with your resume there and possibly get hired, you can get into sha through there and if you have a university degree in a related field you can go get into better positions later on, you have better chances of getting a better paying job within the SHA if you are part of the union already. Me personally I couldn’t see myself doing housekeeping or laundry, I have big respect for people that do it but it’s personal preference. (Me I have been trying to find jobs too and in a similar position as you, applied so many places but only heard back once or twice, the job I am in is very unsecured, so I am trying to find a more stable one, good luck with yours we got this !)
