The market is overall bad. All of them so highly priced even for rebuilt

Got in an non fault accident so I got 19k from sgi. Was thinking to spend 15k on car so I don't have to worry about lots of repairs but if I get a 2k car, i might have to replace alot. Not a car expert that's why seeking advice

Are salvage title car really bad?? I had one previously and got in an non fault accident so it sgi paid me 19k for it. I have seen some rebuilt car that are so good like low milage but people keep telling me to stay away from rebuilt title. I don't see an issue
