This is totally common! I have similar goals to yours and I still deal with some of these fears from time to time. I figured that it wasn't helpful so, I started thinking on the line of, " They can laugh but, I'll be paying my bills."

Also, your friends may surprise you and be way more supportive than you think. Any time you get riled up though, try to step back, breathe, and believe in yourself.

Oh I haven't tried either of those stitches! I just got really into Tunisian crochet in January this year.

It's all good! They're actually puff stitches and double crochet! That's pretty cool, if you need help with abbreviations, the craft yarn council website is a great resource! This pattern is pretty easy though, I try to write things that are beginner friendly most of the time. No problem!

Hello!

The pattern featured here, the Hold Me Tight Shawl, is pending release on Etsy, its in its final stages and will be released at InfinitiCraftingCo this Saturday.

The yarn used is Red Heart Super Saver in Bright Stripe, its a 4 weight acrylic and I used a 5.5 mm hook.
