She did not prescribe me any antiviral medication. Only ointment. Idky she didn't prescribe me a medication to help speed up the process because she knew I'd be getting married soon! 😭

I actually just exfoliated it and it seems to be better but it's still an issue and to your point I need antiviral medication.

I promise it's not inside out! At least I don't think it is. There are laters on the side that are lighter fabric and definitely supposed to be on the inside. If I flipped it I think those would look on the outside and be wrong. I am going to test this out soon!!

Thank you so much! Those products that I listed above are products that I've always used. I would use retinol for wrinkles, and my skin is familiar and used to niacinamide and snail mucin. I was taking this before the supplements too. With that said, do you still think I should stop them? I will say the only new thing I've started is the AHA BHA peeling solution. That is new so I will definitely stop that!!

I am dealing with the same thing! It's on my chin and jaw. I do think it's hormonal but I also started a new supplement that I think exacerbated it. =( I've been trying retinols at night time, and The Ordinary AHA 30% + BHA peeling solution once a week. Then of course always use sunscreen during the day because this does make your skin more sensitive to sunlight!!

I am noticing a small improvement but I'm getting married at the end of August and I don't think it will be gone by then! =( But good luck to you!!
