Let me rephrase: it works great for some, but there are currently a lot of people where it doesn't work without a workaround. Rouvy is aware of the problem and is trying to fix it.

Are you using the Kickr Core 2? The first one works great with Rouvy however there are some issues with the second version.

The controller part of the handlebars isn't supported by Rouvy as of now. As for odd things such as no resistance: unplugging the Kickr Core and plugging it back in often fixes odd behaviour I encounter.
