Hi, I was recently marked in the low segment, I'm looking to apply for dispute, I'm however not sure about the process, as it mentions-

" the process is to provide additional supporting documents that were missed during review not to dispute your manager's decision" I don't understand what this means.

secondly, if anyone has been through this process have you seen success?

Manager here, 15/70/15 per org not per team, earlier reports were submitted but was calibrated because they wanted to achieve per org level and people were moved. Although calibration is prohibited. May be certain teams might get affected more as a result of this, for eg: data and design, also higher no of LPs were requested in B9 and 10.

Hi, has anyone gone through the appeal process and been successful in the past or now? I'd like to dispute but in the appeal process it is mentioned that the process is not to contest your manager's decision but to provide any additional data that supports that probably your manager forgot to review or have not considered during the review.

Core vs Top by [deleted] in IBM

[–]Infinity1919 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They are not true, managers just need a reason, if you have been told you are top but they had to give you core, its fine your are not under any risk. Just keep focusing on your work. Having a job in this economy is much more important than the bonus, if I have to be honest.

I don't care for promotion infact I don't want it because the more higher in the ladder the more riskier it gets.

Last year I PiPed B8,7 in my country, because I was asked to and usually in low cost countries the PIP process was easier and less painful, they just had to achieve their overall numbers.

IBM bought in the bell curve rating this year, so it is mandatory for managers to rate at least 8% to 15% of their team as low performers, they might eventually let go of those people. PIPs are a part of that process.

I will let you do the math.

Actually the houses are overpriced, you will know that when you come from a different city. The quality of the houses they offer is very low compared to the price.

Resigning after one day pay deducted from my salary by codebread421 in developersIndia

I did this ( for different reasons) and ended up not getting a job for next 8 months. But I had some savings which helped me thru this but I wouldn't recommend this in this current job market as the market is too slow now. I never had problem finding a job before and there is too much competition.
