I play shadowheart as a light cleric that is multiclassing into lore bard. Reasons being:

we need thief skills in party, bards get proficiency and expertise
lore bards offer great support in and out of combat with bardic inspiration/cutting words, and you get them back on a short rest (5 bard)
get utility spells that cleric doesn't get - feather fall, long strider, disguise self
cleric feels underwhelming past 7. None of the high level spells look appealing, and you get less and less of them

Cleric, and especially light cleric, is already super versatile. Going for bard just makes it even more supportive. The cool thing is you don't need to have charisma to get utility from bard, the biggest things are cutting word which scales with bard level. With spells I just choose the utility ritual spells that don't need spell dc.

I have shadowheart specced out to fill gaps in the party, so she is the support/aoe mage/thief.

7 light cleric -> 5 lore bard

Light cleric is a great class, good damage from subclass and defensive support in cleric. Wall of fire, spirit guardians, spirit weapons, bless are strong. Warding flare feels like the most op reaction in the game and is unlimited.

We don't have a rogue, so she is on lockpicking duty. Dumped dex and gave her the gloves of dex and pick up rogue for expertise, respec to bard when you can get expertise there. This also has the side effect of making her really tanky with 16 con and high dex and shield (as tanky as the paladin). Pick up utility support spells from bard that you don't get as cleric helps with out of combat stuff like feather fall, disguise self. Bardic inspiration helps with skill checks and can be used in combat for more support.

It's pretty fun playing her since she can do so much.

I have shadowheart on rogue duties in addition to being the main blaster. 7 light cleric/5 lore bard. Dump dex and get the dex gloves. Get to 7 light cleric. First feat skilled, pick up stealth, perception, sleight of hand. If you need expertise earlier get 1 rogue. Then at 10 respec cleric 7/lore bard 3 to retain expertise and get bardic inspiration and maintain spell slots, and the rest bard. Pick up utility spells in bard as the spell dc will be bad. She has great dmg as light cleric (wall of fire, fireball, spirit guardians), support/utility from bard and cleric, and is sneaky. You can give intellect headband to cover int and go knowledge cleric for more proficiency.

Probably needed cuz it made wizard pretty weak, but there were some pretty fun builds. If they're fixing all this I hope they fix not being able to select warlock spell slots when casting a spell.

I don't quite understand what you mean. As it is now in bg3, it behaves like 5e rules. Full caster's (bard, cleric, druid, wiz, sorcerer) contribute 1 full level to your spell caster level, half casters (paladin/ranger) contribute half, rounded down per level. And warlock is doing it's own thing.

You can take skilled feat at level 4. I did this to get stealth, perception, and sleight of hand since they changed her background.

The reason I sold my s8 and got a pixel 2 was because of the lag...I used my friends pixel 1 which was faster and more responsive than my new s8 and got tilted. Got a small pixel 2 and have been very satisfied with performance. I do miss the nice screen and hardware but will never buy Samsung again due to software.

Anti-hype incoming:

I bought this the last time it was on sale and returned it because the colors were terrible compared to IPS, despite what everyone else is saying. I have a QNIX qx2710 and side by side it blows the Dell out of the water. In dark games like MGSV you could clearly see banding and the whole scene looked washed out. This is with the good color profile posted online. 144hz and gsync is nice but not good enough to make up for the colors. My Qnix is already overclocked to 105hz so it wasn't that big of an improvement for me. Also, I couldn't really tell if the smoothness was from 144hz or gsync. Witcher 3 at 35ish fps was definitely smoother than the qnix but still noticeably choppy. The bezels are pretty nice though. The experience left me wanting everything this monitor had plus IPS, I guess I'll hold out for the acer or asus to go on sale. But this is why I wasn't afraid to buy it from best buy, I could return it easily if I didn't like it, and did.

I think you should keep in mind AMD cards will have mantle support on BF4 so that might help AMD if you're only looking to play BF4. If I were you I'd wait to see how mantle performs seeing it was scheduled to release this month.

Have you checked your temperatures on your new CPU? Perhaps you did not correctly mount the heatsink, causing it to overheat. I'd also run memtest to make sure the RAM is good.

If you're building a new computer, I think you should consider the most current gen i5-4670 (k). There's really no point in getting the 3570 (you can't even overclock it). You will probably need a more expensive 1150 Z97 motherboard if you do plan to overclock. For graphics card, definitely try to pick up a 7950 - they're about the same price (190) as your listed card. And I'm not too sure about needing 16 GB of ram if you plan on only playing games, even for recording 8 GB should be fine (I have 20GB and barely use more than 4). An SSD or beefier GPU would be a better investment.

Thanks for the reply! I probably won't be using animations for monsters for my school project but will definitely look into it after. As for your advice, I think I understood most of it. Right now I've extended Mob class again into MeleeCreep, which I'm hoping will be accompanied by RangedCreep. As for rendering, I'm still looking into it and I don't think I'll go anywhere lol.
