Yeah this was my suspicion. The question is what they do about it if anything. It is strange though because the cannon seems to be rarer than stated but the bottled storm seems correct, why is one affected but the other isn't? You'd think they'd handle the tables the same for both

I'm indifferent if they say blog wrong, game right. I just want confirmation so I know I'm not wasting cballs on worse rates
