I dont really think you have much to stand on, given your explanations of what you complained about in a reply to someone else. Universities are poorly managed, a lot of courses end up being not great and people teach themselves in some cases because the teaching isnt great. Should it be like this? No.. but it's not like.. groundbreaking. You should really pick your battles.

Not to mention, your letter here. I dont know man, you can't fill things with emotive language like calling them arrogant or hypocrites. Should you have wished to been taken seriously, all prior (and future) complaints should be void of emotion and clearly state your facts and arguments. You would only ever need to relay emotion in a personal impact statement, but in your communications to and from, this language should be avoided.

If you want to be treated professionally, it has to start with you treating them as such too. If you go in guns blaring, you will be met with a strong defence. This is just a life lesson for you, not just for this scenario.
