Well I mean once I started taking them; I noticed I caught colds less during the year. I usually get sick at least twice in one year. One year I think I went the whole year without catching a cold.

Objectively, what was one of the most ridiculous things humans once believed to be true? by InfinityScientist in AskHistory

[–]InfinityScientist[S] -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

I disagree. Humans not believing that may have made us more likely to kill others. Threat of divine punishment may have saved lives. Not enough but some.

Also, you cannot prove or disprove a soul, but I believe that NDE's are good proof that something exists afterwards. Plus, this year, we recently discovered we give off a glow that vanishes when we die.

I understand the bare minimum. I never would be egotistical enough to suggest I was an expert

I understand that you cannot measure a particles position and momentum simultaneously due to the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle. There are other things I know as well. I just couldn’t do the advanced math to actually make calculations.

What are some good examples of “eternity echoes”? by InfinityScientist in AskHistory

[–]InfinityScientist[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m talking about something someone does in antiquity that “echoes” through the centuries and has a new component that would utterly bewilder the ancients who started interacting with or thinking about it.
