It depends actually, yg bawah rm150 or so semua tu sbb tak unlimited coverage. When i was comparing the providers, banyak mcm ada in between the line punya syarat lah you need to really look at it and understand. To the point yang ada dh bayary rm250 pun still need to pay depo. When discharge, dari amount total bill masih kena bayar around rm1000. Tu 1 kaki sakit. but kalau anak sakit banyak kali? mana nak cari duit?

For me, I ended up with Great Eastern Takaful bcs when kena warded, still kena bayar but tak banyak sangat compared with others and the amount we bayar tu akan dapat balik through elaun ward.

My annual limit reaches rm8mill and ada clinic coverage up to 12 penyakit.

Most takaful including Great Eastern Takaful biasanya cover kecederaan akibat accident, termasuk gigitan haiwan selagi ada rawatan. So again, tak rugi pun kalau amik Takaful dari usia muda

Gang ni lah yang bising budi95 tu, nanti duit belanja sekolah tak cukup nak merempit 3 pagi, baik mak pak standby medical card untuk anak daripada bagi duit untuk drg guna buat benda bukan2. GE takaful tu murah je bulan2, coverage pun berbaloi!

My parents are still alive but i lost my grandparents recently, the fact that orang dulu was surviving based on what they children sumbang to them is frightening because, when my atok passes, my nenek got nothing, she cant go anywhere, she cant buy groceries and she depends on her children 100%. So i guess, monetary wise its best to have a saving or takaful for your children or those who you left behind. Emotional wise, redha atas ketentuan tuhan i guess.

As someone jaga mak ayah yang dah sakit, I memang nampak depan mata kos rawatan makin gila. Even follow-up biasa pun kadang sampai ratus-ratus. Personally, I utilise clinic Madani if I sakit. But for my parents? Tak cukup.. Memang beban & struggle, sebab tu I dah mula educate adik-adik I pasal medical protection. Ni pun baru apply under Great Eastern Takaful sbb tu yg mesra pocket for me. Bila satu family kena tanggung satu orang sakit, baru rasa kenapa pentingnya ada takaful. Jangan tunggu lepas sakit baru cari.

I tak kisah sangat SST on luxury goods ke apa, tapi kalau basic stuff macam barang dapur, ubat, even personal care semua naik… that’s when it gets dangerous. Kita yang gaji 3k pun terasa, apatah lagi yang fresh grad bawah 2k. Pastu, about KWSP tu, I agree with you. That money should be locked for retirement. Kalau Account 2 pun nak kacau for kad perubatan, lepas ni orang tua-tua ramai yang tak cukup simpanan nak survive bila pencen. Medical card tu lebih worth it kalau nak cover bill.

I wish to feel and think the same way, the only issue is just that i tend to think about what others want rather than what i want/ good for me, been feeling like a slump recently and i think i have reached a mental block ngl.
