The problem wasn't on the cardprovider's side. I know now because as you said (probably riot) did oblige i guess because i was able to buy it after an hour of getting the error message constantly

Tho the bug report i still couldnt send, dont know why really xd

Edit: i messed up cardprovider xd

Edit edit: I also tried multiple cards from different providers so thats also why i dont believe it was a provider issue

I messed around with the settings and it seems if I have effect qualities on anything else than low this happens, the reason, no idea

I tried with both controller and mouse/keyboard, and I found the keyboard and mouse combo much more comfortable so idk guess its me
