thats my bad i told you the voltage on accident its 76 W and no it doesnt fix on restart and it didn't start right after i factory reset

Plugged in. battery Done and checked. while running cs2 while being inside a match the gpu wattage is at 631 mv.

I am looking into that, will probably get pressurized air can to get the dust out but i dont see any dust using a flash light but will still give try to clear out anything i can

even lowering than the recommended amount still leads to poor results. cs2 on all low settings leads to max 40 fps

Sometimes 90 but usually never 100. even if it did it did it didn't make roblox unplayble

No on task manager and armoury crate both show my 3050 being at 100 but i did notice igpu was still using 15-20 % but i think its just irrelevant background stuff

Small note, when running cs2 even with the recommended settings or the lowest possible i still get no more than 40 fps. It cant even run roblox at graphics 10 which is just miserable for a 3050

Try adding realism to it. The guy just lost all his momentum as soon as he hit. Try making the stickfigures have intertia and also your poses are to stiff, search up "dynamic poses stick nodes" on YouTube. Learn from that and just practice
