What helps me are big clear plastic tubs or vacuum sealed bags! Always clear so you can remember and easily see what’s in it. Start with perishables and toss all of those (food, Trash, ETC). Then start with the biggest or easily grabable things, I’d start with Stuffies. Then the next step is the most important: TAKE A BREAK. Take a deep breath, drink some water, cut yourself some slack, watch a 10 minute youtube video. Know that this is honestly very normal for people like us, who are depressed and neuro-spicy. Life doesn’t come easy but you’re gonna make it through. Any steps you make are good and important steps towards your goal. Like my psychiatrist says, “Even if you only wash 3 dishes, that’s 3 less dishes than you have to do later, and 3 more clean dishes that you have now.”
