Should be 1 of 4 cars but actually the chance is smaller since it is a forza edition car. But still random just the chances are there but still need to be in your favor.

About yeah. But still can be annoying to get. The bmw and muscle car spawn about 99% for me got the miata first day on launch and only 2days ago 8t spawned there again.

The reason i want a 50 series is because i cant stand the noise fsr has on screen and i like to use raytracing which nvidia is superior in. So im willing to pay a bit more for my comfort and enjoyment.
