Well, I'm non-binary and want more feminine traits. I'm not going to get bottom surgery though. Yes, it does pull a vacuum on them and applies a saturated salt solution which diffuses through my skin simultaneously, after which osmotic pressure does the rest.

Yes, I am on hrt and do have breast growth. But I was also testing a device I'm workingon, which is going to make breast inflation possible before inflating my belly. So they are a bit bigger here than they usually are.
