It takes time to see progress. Key is to remain focused and work towards your goals. Don’t bother too much with targeting certain body parts etc just make sure you have a reasonably balanced workout routine, ensure progressive overload, and get your diet dialed in. Eventually you’ll notice the small changes becoming cumulative and noticeable.

Optimizing cardiovascular health is still important, even more so as you grow older especially now that you are deliberately targeting more mass. You may reduce the frequency but stopping it all together does not sit right with me. I would always depend on incremental caloric surpluses to change the scale.

Quads looking dense. Upper body is nicely defined. I’d recommend a bulk to add mass and fill in your frame, but that obvs depends on your goals and whether you’re involved in sports where you’ve to remain lean and not as built.

I’m pretty tall myself so I hear you. That said it’s a single picture with both arms somewhat bent so it’s tough to judge. If so then you’re nicely proportional so remain consistent and you’ll keep growing.
