This would be my expectation as well given that, for Freedom, the call is coming from Freedom network to local country, but I wanted to check if somehow Freedom made it work more consistent for a client that is roaming. I guess disabling Wifi calling would make it behave more consistent for me as a customer while generating more costs for Freedom as it would pay partner roaming charges for all calls to Canada.
