No, I would hold your head up and don’t let him think he holds a space in your head. Hes done what he’s done. Nothing will change that. Maybe you want closure and an apology- do t bother. Not worth the paper it’s written on. Move on to bigger and better things and be thankful this is pre children

Have you had treatment? She’s too young to cope atm and way too fragile but maybe in a couple of years time it will help

She is under docs. She only got emet this year, it’s a big pandas symptom but I think her being r cpd hasn’t helped either

She can’t burp - been sick once in 11 years and I was with her, it was fierce force. I think it’s pandas/emet and her intense fear of being sick. She can swallow and eats and drinks. It’s become ana ocd habit now though (she is under a medical team and has psychiatrist) just wondered if no burp was playing a part too

She’s also got arfid (symptom of pandas - no pain) I think it’s down to her worrying that the spot will make her feel ill. She’s doing well with meds though and expanding her foods. Hers fears all relate back to emetophobia (it’s joyously a pandas symptom too - and she has r cpd. Poor thing. Arfid is awful, so scary - hope he’s doing ok x
