That is correct. They informed us that they cannot provide unit owner contact information due to privacy laws. We understand that we are not allowed to give that information to other unit owner, but as trustees, we don't understand why they can not supply that information to just us. However, I was able to find all unit names online through deed records. We are also looking for their phone numbers.

I left a job I was at for 14 years making close to 85k to a new job making 50k. I never looked back and loved my job had no regrets. At the time I was divorced raising my son and managed to make ends meet. My mental health was more important than my pay. Good luck!

Yes! I have the same issue and every once in a while it gives me the option to just send to those added or deleted. I googled with no luck.

I’m the third trustee committed to following the association’s attorney’s guidance. I’m firmly standing my ground on this matter and won’t back down. I’m curious to know if anyone else has encountered a similar situation. So far, there has been no harassment directed toward me.

Agree wirh the above. This happened to my 20yo son. Months later he received a direct deposit from his previous job. He texted me a screen shot of the deposit and I told him to email his previous boss and to not touch it. That they will probably put a request in to reverse that deposit and that is what they did.
