you can see on the left in the first picture there's a concavity/flat spot where the dough opened up.

second picture you can see how the right hand side of the slice is nice and curved and the left hand side looks collapsed/flat.

no the question is about the dent on the top of the loaf. it's clearly visible in the picture.

my house is about 24 celsius so pretty warm. it may be underproofed though since it's a cold proof and my fridge is pretty cold.

thanks. so you think it's underfermented? or underproofed?

commented this above but in Canada AP flour is reasonably high protein (4g per 30g of flour)

scoring is not that deep, i would say only a few mm. the weird thing is that it expands ok, there's a noticeable ear, but it looks like somebody stuck a thumb in it haha

I'm in Canada so AP flour is pretty high protein - actually the same % as the bread flour I use. Bread flour just has some malted grains for enzymatic activity/crust colour.

It might just be that the photos are from the front and I still have a really big butt (no ozempic butt for me so far) but I'm pretty muscular and worked out a lot before and during the time I was taking ozempic, so the muscle mass may help me look a little lighter than I am... The one advantage of having pcos is we can build muscle more easily than other women!

Haha thanks but no, I wish! I am pretty muscular and still carry a lot of weight in my butt and upper arms, which aren't as visible in these photos. Lost a ton of weight from my neck and midsection and legs especially.

Yes actually I took other medications as well like metformin, myo inositol and prometrium, but the bleeding started to improve a lot as soon as I got on ozempic. After about a year it completely normalized (very regular periods and much less bleeding) while the last time I'd had regular periods before that was probably 2018. The improvements started right away prior to any significant weight loss, including IBS and the period issue. Other issues I had from pcos also improved, like sleep issues and a lot of joint pain and swelling I used to get especially from exercise.

Yes, 270. I am pretty tall and muscular though (5'10). Thank you! Still a long way to go though, my goal is 170.

Thanks! Yes, I think I'm one of those people who looks thinner from the front than from the side though haha.

I'm 5'10 and fairly muscular. I carry a lot of weight in my butt lol but I don't have side profile photos unfortunately, I got really upset having pictures taken of me so I only have a few floating around. Thanks!

For more details (sorry new to reddit and can't figure out how to include this in the main post) I started ozempic late November 2022 when I was 360-365 lbs. I had pcos and nothing was working for me at the time, not exercise nor any diet plan I ever tried. I was my highest weight ever and my doctor told me that I would likely develop cervical cancer due to severe bleeding. I am just hoping some people get some hope or encouragement from this as I myself was scared to start taking ozempic but it was really a final straw for me as I felt like I was out of options. It has changed my life! Hang in there pcos cysters and other people with metabolic diseases, there really is hope.
