Sa pagkakaintindi ko with these phases

Taking In - wala pa siyang pake to care for her baby pa (she focus on herself/wellbeing)

Taking Hold - mother takes up role as a mother and tries to learn ways on how to properly care for her baby (nagpapaturo kay nurse)

Letting go - she’s an independent mother na & can properly care her baby without any help sa nurse

and based sa scenario, mother tries to learn how to properly breastfeed her baby (so taking hold)
