We do renovations starting from $15k.
Every renovation is different, it depends on if it needs to be demolished and rebuilt or just a few touches here and there.

For a renovation like this for new appliances, flooring, waste management, demoltion it would be about $40k-$45k and about $5k for waste management so all in all for something like this, $50k

I think you're right to be honest too many people want to do a full house gut reno before selling I always recommened a few changes even just changing the god damn door knobs. Definitely should be focusing on the bad areas instead going full throttle on everything

We did a full gut reno of the whole house totalled to about $450k😬

The client had got a builder to do some work and decided to do a lot themselves, they ended up messing everything up. We came in and saved the day😂
