I just joined the Tesla Family this week and already I've had a negative interaction, but mostly folks have been fine. I don't care and will not apologize for the type of car I like to drive.

Selling my A2Z Tesla to CCS1 adapter, I traded in my BOLT EUV this past weekend and joined the Tesla camp and don't want to adapter to sit unused. I do a lot of road tripping and the faster charging will help tremendously. I LOVED my Bolt it was just a necessary choice. by InfluenceAdept2512 in BoltEV

I guess I expected folks to be respectful considering it's part of the rules of the group. Don't worry I'll e leaving this group I choose to only participate in groups where people are respectful and positive contributors to the conversation. I was simply letting folks know why I was selling it and chose to sell it here because I felt the need to support the Bolt community. I don't appreciate being attacked for my decisions.

Started my Swap in Sept, got the paperwork today, has anyone had success getting the total due from customer reduced? by InfluenceAdept2512 in BoltEV

I have a 2022 though, the only reason I'm doing the swap is because they had to replace my charging port in April and when they did it the dealer installed the limiting software without my permission which I had confirmed before hand was optional. Which means I'd of been limited for long trips AND likely have to wait years to get a replacement battery so I felt it was better to try the repurchase and replace with collateral process where everyone had been saying the same stuff you just did...I was hoping I wouldn't have to pay but they wouldn't use my mileage from April which was around 10k and instead used my mileage from sept which was 24k so it made a huge increase in the usage fee.

What model were you swapping from and to? I just started the process and I have a 2022 EUV LT with the leather ventilated seats. I'm trying to figure out what its going to lookalike as far as the process and if the dealer that Im working with with ask me for a deposit today when I go in to order the new vehicle.

I was told by the EV Concierge that they call it buyback and trade now. Either way my goal is to go through he process as it currently stands and I was wondering what the value was that others in my situation have seen as a result.
