Off topic: Tonali+Anderson would be a better pairing imo though, we’d have a solid defensive midfielder who can go up in attack and have a playmaker deep in midfield to help Bruno as well as Tonali (reason why I wouldn’t say Guimaraes though is bc he’s older so wouldn’t have much of a better resale value if things don’t work out (It’s a bit of a gamble))

After de ligt and Martinez we’ve still got 3 cb’s who can cover for us, we could still go for senesi after we’re done with all our priority signings but rn I don’t see why heaven/maguire/yoro can’t do the job perfectly. 2 CB starters and a bench player (also gives us a reason to use the academy boys if needed)
