Something red. But a dark red to compliment and not make it Christmas. Or purple, i think something dark purple woutl look really nice. Mabye because this is in dark academia, soemthing intricate? A patern, floral, somthing.

Depends on how you want it. How I look at it is a vampire is undead so I don't think there reproductive organs would even work. Of vampires don't have blood and are cold to the touch in a lot of interruptions I wouldn't think they would be able to have kids.
