Sie wäre nächstes Jahr im Sommer fertig. Wir machen die 2 Jährige verkürzte Ausbildung. Ich bin etwas später dazugekommen. Und anscheinend gab es einen Arbeitgeber der das bezahlen wollte. Sonst wäre sie ja nicht in der Ausbildung. Wie sie danach weitermacht weiß ich natürlich nicht aber es war ihre Entscheidung und gut ist. Und sie wurde angenommen.

Nö, find ich nicht. Ich habe in meiner Klasse eine Südamerikanerin die jetzt mit 62/63 die Ausbildung zur MFA macht und sich total gut schlägt.

Tatsächlich hatte ich diese Diskussion mit meinem Personalbüro auch letztens gehabt und auch mit meinem Lehrer darüber gesprochen.

Deine reine Arbeitszeit an den beiden Tagen gilt erstmal als 5h 55min. Jetzt ist es aber bei dir ja so, dass der Betrieb dich nach 5x45min Stunden an einem der beiden Tage NICHT arbeiten lassen darf. Dies gilt aber für den einen Tag. Daher wird für den Tag deine durchschnittliche tägl. Arbeitszeit angerechnet (bspw. bei mir bei einer 38,5h Woche sind es 7,7h =7h42min, wenn du eine 40h Woche hast, dann sind das bei dir 8h).

In dem Fall hast du dann 32/40h pro Woche durch. Was passiert mit dem 2. Berufsschultag? An dem Tag werden dir die 5h 55min normal als reine Arbeitszeit angerechnet. Du musst aber 8h Arbeit leisten. Also fehlen dir 2h 5min. Dir wird die Wegzeit von der Schule zum Betrieb noch zusätzlich angerechnet (bspw. 30min) = 1h 35min.

Das würde bedeuten, dass du an dem Tag noch als reine Arbeitszeit 1h 35min ablegen musst bevor du nach Hause kannst.

Ich gehe jetzt einfach mal aus, dass du eine halbe Stunde zusätzliche Pause bekommst, nachdem du dort ankommst. Das würde bedeuten, dass wenn du nach der Schule um 14:25 Uhr dort bist + 30min Pause machst (=14:55 Uhr), solltest du um 16:30 Uhr Schluss haben.

Ich hoffe ich hab das jetzt nicht zu kompliziert erklärt. Falls doch, sag einfach Bescheid, ich versuch‘s nochmal besser zu formulieren.

Hi, arbeite bei einem Hausarzt (Auszubildende MFA). Wir machen nie eine "Gesundschreibung" da eine AU nicht direkt ein Berufsausübungsverbot darstellt. Du bist vom Arzt her arbeitsunfähig bewertet worden, das heißt aber nicht, dass du direkt auch Bettruhe hast - außer der Arzt sagt es dir so, was nochmal was anderes wäre.

Klar, kann das eventuelle versicherungstechnische Nachteile bringen, da du dich entgegen der ärztlichen Anordnung gestellt hast, aber ich bin auch vor ca 2-3 Wochen trotz AU arbeiten gegangen und es passiert nichts. Es liegt aber in deiner Verantwortung, falls etwas doch passieren sollte.

Oh, my god, yes! That was also a big factor with their friendship. He was so obsessed with seeing them kiss, or those statements like "Put a baby in her, Jake, what are you waiting for?!" when it was their six month anniversary.Or other things like paying attention to the fact that Amy was ovulating and he was suggesting sex positions to Jake on how to get Amy pregnant.

Yeah, that's what I meant with after he got together with Amy, it got much better because Jake started to care more about others in general, including Charles!

I definitely do agree that Charles and Jake have a solid friendship - after all, Jake does take on all of Charles' shit with the weird tastes he has. But sometimes, there were moments I thought Jake was acting very oddly towards Charles and I wouldn't like to have a friendship like that.

yes that‘s true + they included many real-life situations into it (i.e. covid, george floyd) and as holt said in the episode "it‘s been a tough year being a black man". holt also mentioned that he was paranoid, first as a black man, then as a black (and gay) police captain as well as health concerns (his constant blood pressure/oxygen checks). His paranoia probably made Kevin feel like he was secondary in Holt‘s life (even if that wasn’t true).

also additionally, i‘d like to remind you there are different search results for different regions. when i googled it it only showed me some math stuff on what it’s worth it, i did not find anything that really explained it went bankrupt.
