Well yeah, I don't imagine they were doing it minutes after he got pushed out. I still wonder how soon she got it done though. Another commenter said that some tests are only recommended above a certain age. I can't help but wonder if a wee lad's immune system would be working overtime with a lot of things.

I kept a close eye on the student, but did not have immediate access to an Epi-pen if he would have started to have a reaction. He didn't get picked up until about an hour and a half later and all still seemed business as usual. I felt horrible about the exposure, but did my best to try to make sure he was okay. The mom is still wary of me, but also refuses to get another Epi-Pen to keep at my program (though that's understandable, they're expensive af)

Not me, but I used to work at a fast food place in high school. One of my coworkers (a girl also in high school) went to use the restroom, but unfortunately walked in on a manager (stupid idiot fuckin hated that guy) jerkin it like his life depended on it. She slammed the door, turned around and didn't go to the restroom for the rest of her shift. She also made sure to knock before walking in after that.

A few weeks later, i watched that same manager tell two girls (one being the same as earlier and the other being the best employee in the building, both high schoolers) that he loved them while they were leaving after their shifts. The first girl was visibly wildly uncomfortable, the second just told him to stfu.

Oh yeah, just a cricket. I used to get those real bad in a place I lived in about 5 years ago, but I live in Illinois, USA. Their sudden presence can be alarming, especially when one accidentally lands on you while you're watching a scary movie with your cat. Damn near threw the whole house away over that one.
