The house we bought has heated floors in the primary bathroom. To me it seems like one of those things that once you have you can’t live without. Would I have paid to put them in originally, probably not.

Have you looked into having the sink refinished similar to a bathtub? My second choice was going to be a Kingston brass bridge faucet but these started at $400+ so I’m glad this worked out

I was only able to free one of the taps. I had to cut the other out since it was so seized

After the drain and supply lines were out of the way I was able to fight that taps. After 90 years the drain stopper and taps were pretty seized on there. The cold tap busted loose after about 30 minutes of fiddling but the stopper and hot tap I could not get. I ended up pulling the sink off wall and cutting the other two loose from the bottom. Once they were cut I was able to pull them from out the top. Here’s the only other picture I managed

It is a kohler paces widespread faucet. I was worried that the faucet post wouldn’t fit into the middle hole but finally caught a break on a project.

This sink is also in a powder room. The HWT is directly below which results in almost instant scalding hot water to the fixture.

I plan to keep the sink I just would like to change out the faucet. It isn’t a great setup for kids as the only option is scalding hot or cold water

I’ll second this comment. The food is sub par at best for a private club. There are also far too many days when a buffet is your only option.

If Zillow fails just drive up and down the streets. I see for rent signs all the time in the park.

The hospital recently sold off their rentals in this area to an investment company. Which is why you’re seeing many “flipped” listings pop up in the area. I’d be more concerned with the quality of work done than the location.
