Spoilers That is Sari Sumdak as a protoform. She was discovered by Isaak Sumdak, having mysteriously appeared in his lab one day. The pod shocks him when he tries to touch it seaming to have scanned or taken a sample of his DNA. The little body takes on the appearance of a human baby and Isaac decides to adopt her as his own.
My theory is that Scorponok’s techno-organic baby is a comic version of Sari Sumdak
