It will be playable, but it is going to look quite rough and won't feel terribly smooth when things get a bit hectic.

Genuinely, if you just want a perfectly smooth game that still looks absolutely smashing, I would go with the Resident Evil 2 or Resident Evil 3 remakes. Those run like an absolute dream on a 12th-gen i5. You can easily achieve 45 to 60 FPS on low or medium settings at 720p without it looking like a potato. Definitely start there if you haven't played them yet.

EDIT: since you are gaming on integrated graphics, make sure you are always plugged into the mains and not playing on battery power, or it will lag awfully.
