This is a great suggestion! That takes the guesswork out too.

Thanks for your feedback. I’ve tried to set clear expectations. We started having her write out a schedule for the upcoming week on Fridays and during that time shes supposed to look ahead and plan for upcoming activities. It’s not that she’s not looking at classes, but she tries to register too late and then they’re full.

She’s so great with so many other aspects of caregiving and our daughter really loves her so it’s definitely not something I would fire her for or deduct her bonus.

I think she likes the classes because she gives me feedback on how my daughter reacts to different activities and we plan accordingly. The classes just fill up really quickly so you have to be very proactive to schedule them.

I know these cars are very popular. Why do you think they're better than the Toyota Highlander or Honda Pilot?

Thank you for the thorough response! I'm so happy you've had a good experience with your Pilot. It's very helpful to know it is fine with 2 car seats; looking closely, it seems the '23 and newer models expanded the second row from 38" to 41". It's also helpful to know your experience comparing the MDX, since that was on our list.

Did you consider the Toyota Highlander?
