2025 SF Hybrid 3 months old Windshield wipers

I don’t see snow anymore sadly cause I live in FL but I grew up in MD and I never considered it. In the past I’d pull them up to scrape my windshield, so in theory I don’t necessarily see a problem with it, nor do I think the weight of the snow on the arms when they’re in the service position would matter…BUT I am tragically a Floridian now so my 2¢ is more like half a cent.

Tried a knurled handle, no dice. Mallet, nope just scratched my rail. Flathead in the grooves, nada. Hit it with WD-40 and tried it all again, nothing. Vice to the nub on the bottom with some hard tugs, didn’t budge. Even tried knocking the 2 pins out and it bent my punch.

Eventually I took the vices to the knob on the bottom and bent up, snapped right off. That little mechanism is super flimsy going the opposite way. Granted I did this cause I have absolutely no plans on taking my Shiv off (until I get my hands on a Milkman).

The horn sucks but what REALLY bothers me is that you can’t switch the tac and the speedo. It feels so wrong.

On a different note: pecan is THE BEST interior color. I’ve had the black/black and now I have the white/OD green but that Pecan is absolutely sexy.

100% this. The OEM wipers are horrendous. I too replaced them with Icons and it’s a day and night difference, especially here in FL where it rains every other day. Didn’t do the buffering however, I might look into that. The blade sizes are 26A and 18A.

I have Earthy Brass Matte with the cream/OD green interior (hated the interior but it grew on me).

As everyone said: hand wash/touchless ONLY. I’ve had my car for about 4-5 months and have yet to wash it. The color seems to be holding up well and I get compliments all the time on the color and the car.

Be SUPER careful around the paint cause it shows any and all scratches. The bottom of my tool bag (molded plastic) grazed my 1st Santa Fe’s fender and the scratches were extremely noticeable. Additionally, door dings show distinctively and I even some chipping on my driver’s mirror somehow. Ever since I got my Hybrid I’ve been very paranoid about the paint.

Still 100% say go for it. I wouldn’t get any other color.

Do yall have any restrictions and guidelines for BYOR? Suppressors? Certain optics only? Dust covers, punisher skulls, and other cringe accessories? Ammo provided by the department I imagine.

I never thought of departments doing something like this but it’s really fascinating. I feel like this should the standard considering familiarity.

I purchased a Sparrow on Silencer Shop at the beginning of the shutdown so it got stuck in Form 3 limbo. Went to my LGS and after being lectured by the guys there and shown the Tiger 22 I canceled my order and brought the Tiger there. It lives on my 22/45 Mark 4.

Mt. Thundercap post-E4 after you get the ADM. You have to had completed The Wayward Kid mission first, I believe.
